Through our years of experience in counselling and personal training we have found that having our two-pronged approach of movement counselling to be extremely effective in managing both physical and mental challenges and helping our client reach their goals. It gives clients the opportunity to exercise and move their body which creates natural serotonin in the body. In doing this it helps the client feel clear, focused and comfortable to express any challenges or feelings they are experiencing emotionally. Our goal is to work with each client towards their goals.
During the session the clients have the opportunities to work out physically at a level they feel comfortable, while expressing their feelings in a safe environment. A complete holistic approach to their health and wellness.
